About

Founded in 2024, the Fellowship of the Inner F.I.R.E. is based on a long-running conversation between Agostino Taumaturgo and the late H. Todd J. Moore (†2022).

While hailing from different traditions, both men are passionate about their faith and pursuit of spirituality. They were also united in their love of individual liberty and self-sufficiency.

The Fellowship of the Inner F.I.R.E. seeks to implement this vision, a vision of helping people become self-sufficient on the mundane, intellectual, and emotional levels, enabling them to go deeper in their walk with God on the spiritual.

The Fellowship’s theology and mysticism are based on Scripture and Sacred Tradition, rooted firmly within Western Christianity. We are confessional in doctrine, liturgical in worship, and focused on helping our members build and strengthen their devotional practice.

Likewise, our membership has three levels: Associate Membership, Transitional Membership, and Full Membership.

Full Membership is open to all validly-baptized Christians who agree to our doctrinal positions of their own free will, and have taken our orientation class. Full members may receive the Sacraments at Fellowship worship services, may be eligible for either lay or clerical leadership within the Fellowship, and gain access to Full Member Bible Studies as well as programs for providing a sturdy foundation in one’s life, self-sufficiency, and independence.

Transitional Membership, as the name implies, is a transitional phase for those who agree to our doctrinal points and are presently enrolled in the orientation class on their way to becoming Full Members. The orientation class gives the Transitional member a chance to reflect and discern whether the Fellowship is a good match for them, while also familiarizing themselves with the Fellowship’s teaching and praxis.

Associate Membership is open to all who wish to support the work of the Fellowship, while not able to agree with our doctrinal points, or who may not be able to become Full Members owing to family obligations or other reasons.
